there is no way that I will give someone viewing, or other, access to my computer. my suspicions are running HIGH right now. I told him that they have my info, according to the invoice, and didn't need me to log into a viewer website which I was uncomfortable doing.

So I received a call back from a Jason at 84 to process my refund. he had trouble and told me that someone would call back. Of course this was news to me, and I called 78 and asked why would auto renew kick in, in August and not at some time before? I asked to be removed from subscription and have the order cancelled since it doesnt work and I don't want 12 new units! Alex Peter said that the shipment was already on its way so I asked for return/refund instructions for when I receive it. However, today, I recieved an invoice for 12 units at over $250, and a notation that I am an autorenew customer. I took it as a lesson and would not be buying it again.
